The host, Cristian, makes you feel at home; the apartment is marvelous and lovely, close to the historical center and local eateries.

Casa Zeni offered great value for money with its comfortable and modern rooms, cozy atmosphere, and excellent facilities. The location was ideal, with free parking nearby and easy access to restaurants and shops. The hosts, Silvia and Cristian, were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable and stress-free.

The hotel breakfast menu could be enhanced by offering a wider variety of options.

We had a NICE stay in Cortona really close to Cortona and Casa Zeni and hill top and the historical center of Cortona. We loved the café, where the breakfast was served. Quiet bedroom along with a handy kitchenette. Wonderful staff, quiet atmosphere.

The location of this place is marvelous, it's near all the main points of interest in the area, set inside the ancient city walls of Cortona in a beautifully restored medieval building.

Noisy family upstairs.

I had an amazing stay at Casa Zeni in Cortona. The hosts, Sylvia and Christian, were incredibly helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. The apartment was cozy and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and clean linens. I especially loved the breakfast provided, including a delicious croissant and a choice of coffee or tea. The location was perfect, close to all the cafes, sites, and a free carpark. Sylvia even arranged a wonderful wine tasting for me. I highly recommend Casa Zeni for a fantastic stay in Cortona.

There was limited parking in the town, but luckily I was able to find a spot. Also, there was a minor issue with the downstairs bedroom/bathroom being open to the kitchen, but it wasn't a big problem as long as everyone was comfortable with each other.

Truly enjoyed this apartment, nothing too much trouble.

we stayed 4 nights and had wonderful time. cristian was the best owner ever. location was excellent and lovely, close to the 2 squares. above all, it was located adjacent to the centre of cortona-so walks to restaurants and bars, restaurants and bars, and the historical center.

It is nice place to stay. Our best trip, we will be back.

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Zeni! The property was beautifully restored, retaining all the original features while providing modern comforts. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main square and with convenient parking nearby. The hosts, Silvia and Cristian, were fantastic and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They were always available to answer questions and provide information about the local area. The breakfast vouchers were a lovely touch and we made full use of them throughout the day. We will definitely be returning to Casa Zeni!

The location of the hotel was amazing, right in the heart of the old town. We loved being able to walk to everything wonderful in the area and the close proximity to the train station was very much appreciated. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, making it easy for us to find a variety of dining options. The room was cozy and well-decorated, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. The service provided by the staff was excellent, with the owner being very kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and there were many amenities available to make our stay comfortable, such as a well-equipped kitchen and a welcome pack with tea, coffee, and breakfast items.

our romantic stay in cortona was absolutely perfect. the owners, silvia and cristian, went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and valued. the beautifully restored home with exposed beams and terracotta tiles gave us a true sense of history. we slept so well in the comfortable and quiet bedroom. casa zeni exceeded all our expectations and we can't wait to visit again.

Great location; hosts were amazing. Well connected and knowledgeable, they arranged everything we wanted to do. Clean and well-appointed accommodations in keeping with Cortona's style. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend this place!
